Progress Forum

CelebrateOne’s Progress Forum is a citywide moment of reflection and renewal - a space where data, community insight, and lived experience come together to illuminate the state of maternal and infant health in Columbus.

Beginning in 2026, the Forum will serve as a central event during Infant Mortality Awareness Month, a moment each year when our city pauses to understand where progress has been made, where disparities persist, and what families are experiencing in real time. It connects the dots between numbers and neighborhood realities, grounding our work in both evidence and the lived stories of parents across Columbus.

A man and a woman are engaged in conversation indoors. The man is wearing a blue jacket and holding a disposable coffee cup, while the woman has glasses and is smiling, dressed in a black jacket with an OhioHealth logo. The Progress Forum is where CelebrateOne examines the story behind the data - highlighting program impact, acknowledging the barriers that remain, and outlining the priorities that will guide our work in the year ahead. As the backbone of this collective effort, CelebrateOne uses this moment to share what the numbers reveal, strengthen accountability, and reaffirm our commitment to the families at the heart of this mission. It is a space to celebrate momentum with honesty, reconnect to the purpose that drives us, and move forward together so more babies reach their first birthdays.
