Data Sources
Every year, more than 17,000 babies are born in Franklin County.
Tragically, over 120 of these babies don't live to see their first birthday.
Infant mortality is a sensitive measure of how well a community is doing overall. Tracking this and other birth outcomes helps us understand where progress is happening and where more work is needed.
Many data sources display how the city, county, state, and country are doing in this area.
