Prairie Township Senior Health Fair
The Prairie Township and CHAT Health Fair will be held on May 2 from 10 am-12 pm at the Prairie Township Community Center.
The event is free and open to everyone, with a focus on senior health. No pre-registration is required.
Exercise demos, screenings, massages, and information from vendors, including Ohio Health, Franklin County Health Department, and more.
One Columbus Culture Day
The City of Columbus Department of Neighborhoods’ New American Program, in partnership with the North YMCA, will host the 3rd Annual One Columbus Culture Day on Friday, May 1, 2026.
This free, family-friendly event serves as an "international experience" designed to foster unity and collaboration by bringing together residents from all backgrounds. Attendees can look forward to a lively celebration featuring:
A diverse lineup of international food trucks
Cultural music, dance and poetry
Valuable networking opportunities and resource booths from local city and community partners
Thematic storytelling and children’s activities
Since its inception, One Columbus Culture Day has grown significantly, previously attracting over 500 participants and a dozen of diverse cultural performing groups. The 2026 event will continue this tradition of building bridges across the community.
