CelebrateOne's Policy Summit is a biennial gathering that brings together policymakers, healthcare leaders, community advocates, and human-services partners to advance the policies and systems that shape maternal and infant health in Columbus. Grounded in equity and lived experience, the Summit creates space for honest dialogue about the structural barriers families face - including housing instability, systemic racism, economic pressures, and gaps in clinical and community care. Through shared learning and cross-sector collaboration, participants align around bold, actionable strategies that strengthen the systems families rely on during pregnancy, birth, and a baby's first year.

In the years between Summit gatherings, CelebrateOne turns outward through Community Policy Workshops - accessible, welcoming trainings that help residents understand how policy works and build the confidence to advocate for change. These sessions equip families and trusted messengers with the tools to influence the decisions that shape their communities. Together, the Policy Summit and Workshops create a continuous cycle of progress that keeps families at the center of policy change in Columbus.
