About the Doula:

I’m Dominique Jackson, birth/postpartum doula, lactation educator, founder of Hatch + Nest, and a maternal health advocate dedicated to improving birth experiences for women, with a focus on supporting Black mothers and women of color through equitable and compassionate care.

My approach is centered on informed decision-making, emotional grounding, and honoring each mother's autonomy. I believe birth is powerful — when families feel supported, respected, and heard, they are able to enter parenthood with confidence and dignity.

My goal is to nurture, guide, and empower you — not to lead your birth, but to stand beside you as you lead your own story.
